1. Refund and Return Policy
1.1 Free return period

platform.
A refund can be given directly to the buyer.

implement refund decisions.
2.5 Return Address
Sellers must provide a local return address,

Accepting returns
Bear the platform's losses
3.6 Penalties for Violations

Account ban
Restrict permissions
4. Platform commission
4.1 Rates
Electronic products: 2%
Fast-moving consumer goods : 3%
Other products: 5%
(Including value-added tax)
4.2 Deduction Method
The platform will deduct the commission
directly after the transaction is completed.
4.3 Additional Costs
Commissions do not include transaction fees
(which are calculated separately).
5. Infant Formula Guarantee Program
5.1 Purpose
