If you are a buyer on AliExpress, purchasing a product constitutes your agreement to these terms.

If you are a seller on the platform, your continued participation constitutes your agreement to these terms.

 

These terms and conditions supplement AliExpress's general terms of service and related policies. Please be sure to read them together.

 

1. Refund and Return Policy

1.1 Free return period

2. Seller Terms and Conditions

2.2 Product Liability

Compliant with laws and regulations

 

Consistent with the page description

 

No quality issues

 

Otherwise, they will bear full responsibility.

 

2.3 Handling of Non-compliant Products

 

If selling prohibited goods:

 

The platform can remove products from the platform.

 

A refund can be given directly to the buyer.

 

The seller shall bear all costs.

 

2.4 Refund Execution

 

Sellers must cooperate with the platform to implement refund decisions.

 

2.5 Return Address

 

Sellers must provide a local return address, otherwise:

3.1 All products must be genuine.

3.2 Prohibition of counterfeit goods

Counterfeit, replica

 

Unauthorized trademark goods

 

abnormally low price goods

 

Brand elements included but not authorized

 

3.3 OEM Products

 

Permission is permitted, but:

 

Brand logos must not be used.

 

Brand names must not be used.

 

3.4 Supporting Documents

 

Sellers need to provide:

3.5 Unable to prove consequences

4. Platform commission

4.1 Rates

 

Electronic products: 2%

 

Fast-moving consumer goods : 3%

 

Other products: 5%

 

(Including value-added tax)

 

4.2 Deduction Method

 

The platform will deduct the commission directly after the transaction is completed.

 

4.3 Additional Costs

 

Commissions do not include transaction fees (which are calculated separately).

 

5. Infant Formula Guarantee Program
