1. Refund/Return Request

 

Subject to compliance with this Refund and Return Policy and Terms of Service, buyers may apply for returns and /or refunds within the AliExpress Guarantee period .

 

AliExpress Guarantee is a service offered by AliExpress to help users resolve disputes during transactions. Users can first try to resolve issues privately or seek assistance from local authorities, whether before, during, or after using the service.

 

2. Conditions for Return Application

Goods not received

 

The goods were damaged or defective upon delivery.

 

The seller sent the wrong item (e.g., the size or color was incorrect).

 

The product is significantly different from the seller's description.

 

The buyer and seller reach an agreement privately (the seller needs to confirm with AliExpress ).

 

👉Buyers must submit their applications through the AliExpress app.

 

👉Return requests will be processed within 10 calendar days of submission.

 

If a buyer has already initiated legal proceedings against a seller, they can provide AliExpress with official documents to request the platform to temporarily freeze transaction funds until a ruling is reached. Whether or not to freeze funds is AliExpress's sole decision.

 

3. Preferred Seller Rights

 

If you are a "Preferred Seller", AliExpress will notify you in writing.

 

If you do not wish to participate in this program, you must notify AliExpress in writing.

 

Otherwise, it will be considered that you continue to participate and agree to this policy.

 

AliExpress reserves the right to suspend or cancel the preferred seller status at any time.

 

👉If AliExpress approves the refund/return:

 

The seller must cooperate in the execution.

 

The platform will notify the seller and arrange for the return of the goods.

 

👉If the seller does not provide a local return address or refuses to accept the package:

 

AliExpress has the right to handle goods

 

The seller is deemed to have relinquished ownership of the goods.

 

👉The seller must confirm receipt of the returned item within 7 days of receiving the notification; otherwise, it will be considered as received.

 

👉Even if a return has been approved, AliExpress may decide not to return the item to the seller.

 

👉If a refund is refused, the item will be returned to the buyer.

 

👉Sellers can appeal, but:

 

AliExpress's decision is final.

 

The seller may not file any further claims.

 

4. Rights of Ordinary Sellers

 

Regular sellers refer to sellers who are not sellers on the marketplace or sellers who are not preferred sellers.

 

The process is as follows:

 

The platform will notify the seller after receiving the buyer's application.

 

The seller must reply within the specified time.

 

If no response is received, the platform will assume that the seller has no objection.

 

The platform will determine whether to support the buyer's application based on the circumstances.

 

5. Requirements for Returned Goods

 

Buyers must ensure that:

 

The goods remain in their original condition.

 

Includes all accessories

 

👉It is recommended to take photos as evidence when receiving the goods.

 

6. Responsibility for shipping costs

 

The responsibilities vary depending on the circumstances:

 

✔️ Seller's responsibility (quality issues/wrong item shipped)

 

The seller covers the shipping costs (outgoing + return).

 

✔️ Buyer's responsibility (not wanting/changing their mind)

 

Seller's consent required

 

Buyer bears return shipping costs

 

✔️ Dispute Situation

 

AliExpress determines who bears the shipping cost .

 

👉Even if the buyer uses "free shipping", the seller is still required to pay the shipping cost if the responsibility lies with the seller.

 

7. Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be processed after the seller confirms receipt of the returned goods.

 

If the seller does not respond, AliExpress allows for direct refunds.

8. Communication between buyer and seller

 

AliExpress suggests:
