1. Refund/Return Request
Subject to compliance with this Refund and
Return Policy and Terms of Service, buyers may apply for a return and /or
refund before the AliExpress Guarantee Period stipulated in the Terms of
Service expires.
AliExpress Guarantee is a service provided by
AliExpress to assist users in resolving potential disputes during transactions.
Users can resolve disagreements privately before, during, or after using the
service, or seek assistance from relevant local authorities.
2. Return Request
/or return only in the following circumstances
:
The buyer has not received the goods;
The goods were damaged or defective upon
delivery;
The seller shipped items that did not conform
to the agreed specifications (such as size, color, etc.);
The product is significantly different from
the seller's description;
The buyer and seller reached an agreement
privately (the seller needs to confirm the agreement with AliExpress ).
👉Buyers must submit their applications through the AliExpress app.
👉Return requests
should be processed within 10 calendar days of submission.
If a buyer has initiated legal proceedings
against a seller, they can provide AliExpress with the relevant formal
notification and request the platform to temporarily freeze the transaction
funds until the final ruling. Whether to continue freezing the funds is
AliExpress's sole decision.
3. Preferred Seller Rights
If you are a preferred seller, AliExpress will
notify you in writing to join the program.
If you do not wish to participate, you should
notify AliExpress in writing.
Otherwise, it will be considered as acceptance
of this policy and continued participation.
AliExpress reserves the right to suspend or
cancel the preferred seller status at any time.
👉For approved
refunds/returns:
Preferred sellers must cooperate in
implementation
The platform will notify you via email and
arrange for the return of the goods.
👉If the
seller does not provide a local return address or refuses to accept the
package:
The platform has the right to handle goods
The seller is deemed to have waived their
rights to the goods.
👉Sellers must
confirm receipt of the returned goods within 7 days.
Otherwise, it shall be deemed received and no
further dispute shall be raised.
👉The platform
may also decide not to return returned goods to the seller.
👉If the
refund/return is refused:
The goods will be returned to the buyer.
👉Sellers can
file an appeal, but:
The platform's decision is final.
The seller may not file any further lawsuits
or claims.
4. Rights of Ordinary Sellers
Regular sellers refer to sellers who are not
sellers on the marketplace or sellers who are not preferred sellers.
The process is as follows:
The platform will notify the seller after
receiving the buyer's application.
The seller must reply within the specified
time.
No reply is considered as no objection.
The platform will make its own decision based
on the circumstances of both parties.
5. Requirements for Returned Goods
To ensure a smooth return, the buyer must:
Keep the product in its original state
Includes all accessories and gifts
👉It is
recommended to take photos as evidence when receiving the goods.
6. Responsibility for shipping costs
The different situations are as follows:

responsibility (personal reasons)

Buyer bears return shipping costs

AliExpress will determine the responsible
party .
👉Even if
the buyer uses a free shipping coupon , the seller is still required to pay the
shipping cost if the responsibility lies with the seller.
7. Refund
Refunds will be processed after the seller
confirms receipt of the returned goods.
If the seller does not reply, the platform can
issue a refund directly.

8. Communication between buyer and seller
AliExpress encourages users to report any
issues they encounter:
